Min is an Associate Lawyer and Notary Public at Invicta Law Corporation in Vancouver, BC. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law with Distinction in 2017.
Prior to joining Invicta Law Corporation, Min worked at a full-service law firm and a boutique immigration law firm in Calgary, focusing in Immigration and Corporate Law. Min also worked as a Legal Research Intern at a human rights NGO based in Washington DC.
Min was born in Korea and grew up in several different countries including Korea, Japan and New Zealand before moving to Vancouver Island where he attended high school.
In 2018, Min received the Outstanding Volunteer Award (QB Amicus Calgary) from Pro Bono Law Alberta.
Min’s main interest focuses on Immigration and Wills & Estate Law. He practices all aspects of Canadian immigration law and particularly enjoys immigration litigations and appeals. Min also advises and represents athletes, sports organizations and entertainers for contractual or immigration matters.
