
Kelsey is an Associate Lawyer and Notary Public at Invicta Law Corporation in Vancouver, BC.
She practices primarily in Civil Litigation and Family Law. Kelsey has successfully advocated for her clients interests in the Supreme and Provincial courts of British Columbia, and with the Residential Tenancy Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal. She enjoys working with people and resolving her client’s legal issues efficiently, practically, and with understanding.
Kelsey is now practising in Immigration Law and has developed a passion for helping immigrants and visitors to Canada, thanks to her own time studying and practicing abroad.
